I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH MY MOTHER AND SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE WAS COLD. SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THERE FOR REHABILITATION AND THEY DIDN''T PERFORM REHAB ON HER AT ALL. REGENCY STATES THAT THEY QUARANTINE THE PATIENTS UPON ARRIVAL FOR 14 DAYS. HER COVID-19 TEST WERE NEGATIVE UNTIL DAY 11, THEREFORE SHE HAD TO CONTRACT IT FROM THE STAFF AT REGENCY. MY MOTHER WENT INTO THE FACILITY COVID-19 AND PNEUMONIA FREE. SHE CONTRACTED COVID-19, PNEUMONIA, AND BED SORES.
